Job Description
• Responsibilities:
o Prospecting new accounts and build relationships with potential customers via primary & secondary research
o Determine a defined/targeted list of companies/ contacts to prospect and executive campaigns through emails, social media platforms etc.,
o Specialist in leveraging appropriate media, professional networks and all available sources of information, contacts to engage prospects through a funneled sales cycle
o Thorough understanding of customer persona and CXO preferences across the Enterprise and Independent Software Vendors space and consistently seeks, reviews and improves collaterals to meet the prospect’s interests and requests
o Provide significant, purposeful inputs to help sales cycles accelerate through proactive communication in the internal review meetings
o Ensure that business prospects become long term & strategic customers
o Well versed in working under pressure, tight deadlines and target driven environments
o Provide insightful reports and inside sales performance dashboards in a methodological manner to the Sales Heads
o Exhibit superior time management and organizational skills to plan, share, monitor and resolve high volume of support requests
o Display good understanding of region-specific business climate, cultural nuances of different regions across the geographies
