Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell
financial products including Personal Loans, Car Loans, and Credit Cards. This role is
ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who want to build a career in sales and
financial services. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a customerfocused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact potential customers through calls and leads provided.
• Explain product features, benefits, ROI, EMI structure, and eligibility criteria.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products.
• Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and
referrals.
Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years in sales (BFSI experience preferred but not
mandatory)
Required Skills
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of financial products (preferred)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
