🎯 Job Profile:
Customer Service (US Voice Process)

Answering inbound calls and resolving queries

Adhering to processes and providing first call resolution

Logging complaints, following escalation procedures

Participating in motivational and feedback sessions

Ensuring customer data confidentiality

✅ Required Skills:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Good telephone etiquette

Empathy and enthusiasm towards customer service

Freshers welcome (Experience in US/UK calling is a plus)
