Job Summary :
We are hiring dynamic professionals for a banking voice process. This is a fully remote opportunity requiring excellent command over English. Candidates will handle voice-based customer support and must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
Role & responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions via voice channels.
Ensure adherence to process guidelines and compliance.
Maintain professionalism and accuracy during customer interactions.
Achieve individual and team KPIs and performance standards.
Requirements
Excellent command over English (verbal and written).
Flexibility to work in 24×7 rotational shifts with two rotational week-offs.
Should have internet connection and power backup.
Note : Training will be conducted from the office so candidates have to visit office in their entire training period. Once they certified, office-provided desktop will be issued.
Qualification:
Graduates – Exp. and Freshers both can apply if they are graduates.
Undergraduates – They must have min. 1 year of experience (on papers).
Location: Gurgaon and Mumbai
Applicants must be residents of Gurgaon or Mumbai or Delhi or Noida
Salary
CTC: 31,000 up to 36,000
In-hand Salary: 27,000 up to 31,000
