Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and hands-on recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for a growing real estate marketing company. We work with Grade A and Grade B developers, helping them reach investors and end users. Your role will be instrumental in building the team from the ground up, taking us from 0 to 25+ hires in the next 6–12 months.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead recruitment across functions: sales, operations, analysts, and leadership roles
• Build structured job descriptions, interview scorecards, and offer templates
• Actively source talent through outbound efforts, referrals, and network hiring
• Set up and manage interview pipelines, coordination, and follow-ups
• Create onboarding checklists and week-by-week joining plans
• Collaborate with founders on role planning, manpower forecasting, and offer decisions

Who You Are
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with 2+ years in real estate hiring
• Proven ability to hire at scale in fast-moving, early-stage environments
• Strong sourcing skills, with a proactive approach to closing roles
• Highly organized, with a sense of urgency and ownership
• Comfortable working independently with direct access to founders
