Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum + 10% Incentive on Booking Slab

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective buyers through inbound calls, walk-ins, and referrals
• Conduct property visits and explain project offerings clearly and confidently
• Understand buyer preferences and help match them to the right properties
• Assist in price discussions, negotiations, and closing formalities
• Maintain organized records of leads, visits, and conversions
• Achieve monthly sales targets to unlock attractive incentives
Who Can Apply:
• Only female candidates with 0–4 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• No formal degree required – we value energy, commitment, and performance
