Tele-caller / Inside Sales Executive – SaaS / Software Sales
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits, and schedule demos for the field sales team.
• Follow up on leads, manage inquiries, and maintain engagement.
• Update lead information and progress in CRM tools regularly.
Candidate Profile:
• Prior experience in software telesales / inside sales / SaaS-based solutions (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Computer proficient, with good command of MS Office and CRM software.
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven.
