Field Sales Executive – SaaS / Software Sales

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients (retailers, distributors, SMEs, etc.) for our inventory management software.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate product value propositions.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, support, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales and client data using CRM tools.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (any discipline), preferably in Marketing, Business, or IT.
• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS or software field sales (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local language.
• Strong negotiation ability and customer relationship management.
• Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and mobile applications.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with extensive field travel.
